Turn your Letterboxd review into an Instagram Story or post
Paste a public Letterboxd review link and get a vertical Story (9:16) or a square feed post (1:1) with the film poster, your star rating and your review. Free, with no Letterboxd login needed.
Works with letterboxd.com review URLs and short boxd.it links.
Long reviews are shortened to fit and end with an ellipsis. Only public reviews work.
How to turn a Letterboxd review into a Story or post
- Copy your review link. Open your review on Letterboxd and copy the URL, or use the share button for a boxd.it link.
- Paste it and create your image. AfterCredits creates a Story (9:16) with the poster, title, rating and review text. Switch to square (1:1) under Ratio after your image is created.
- Download and post. Save the image and share it wherever you like.

Why does AfterCredits exist?
We love movies and sharing what we think about them with friends. We felt our reviews deserved a prettier way to be shared, so we made AfterCredits to turn them into images you’ll want to pass along.
What happens to long reviews?
They’re trimmed to fit the layout and end with an ellipsis, so the image stays clean and readable.
Can I use someone else’s review?
It works with any public review link, but please credit the author and get their OK before posting theirs.
Is AfterCredits free?
Yes, creating images is free.
Is AfterCredits affiliated with Letterboxd?
No. It’s an independent tool.
